Snuck- #Poem #Poetry

You snuck up on me

I stopped looking

Wanting a breath from life

But your hand brushed my cheek

Pulling my attention away

Lips finding mine

Stealing my breath

Trembling my knees

I can find myself falling

Into the depths of your arms

Like I always belonged their

Your eyes piercing me

Holding me in place

Till your kisses release me

My gentle French lover

I can come in many labels, many boxes, a divorcee, survivor, traveler, writer, optimist. But these labels only limit me to who I am at this point in time. But as you will read on my blog, I am my journey. I hope you will enjoy walking this path with me.
